Free Shipping Threshold : The criteria for calculating the shipping fee discount threshold are based on the single order amount after applying promotional discounts and deducting store credit. Shipping fees are not considered for calculating shopping credit rewards and meeting the minimum purchase requirements.
Domestic Ordering Guidelines:
Both Taiwan's main island and outlying islands within the country are shipped using " Chunghwa Post. "
Orders will be shipped approximately 2 ~ 3 business days after completion ( excluding weekends, holidays, and national holidays ).
Delivery is expected around 2 ~ 3 business days after shipment.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day, with delivery times adjusted accordingly.
Overseas Ordering Guidelines:
Only credit card payment is available.
Deliveries to China, Hong Kong, and Macau are sent via " Chunghwa Post " or " SF Express. "
Deliveries to countries and regions outside of China, Hong Kong, and Macau are sent via " Chunghwa Post. "
Recipient information should include : " English Name, " " English Address, " and " Phone Number. " Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Arrival times vary based on the country or region ( approximately 15 ~ 30 days ). Actual delivery times may be extended due to logistical conditions and customs inspections.
Import taxes and duties vary depending on the country or region, with associated fees differing. Buyers are responsible for all international shipping import taxes and duties.
If incorrect or incomplete recipient information leads to logistics being unable to contact the recipient for delivery, resulting in the package being returned, the entire order will be canceled directly.
Returned packages will only be refunded as store credit. Buyers are responsible for associated expenses, such as shipping and taxes. We cannot refund any related import fees.
The refund amount will be the remaining amount after deducting shipping fees and related expenses from the total order amount.
If a returned package is intended to be repurchased and resent, buyers are responsible for associated fees such as shipping and taxes.
Exchange & Return

Only " defective product returns " are accepted ; size and style exchanges are not available.
For defective products, please contact customer service within ten days after receiving the item. After confirming that the defect is not due to human causes, the necessary refund procedures will be carried out.

By uploading your NFT images for printing, you affirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions from the original creator. We will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement issues arising from the printing of NFTs.
2. High-Resolution Uploads:
Please upload the highest resolution available to ensure the details and intricacies of your artwork are accurately reproduced on the cards.
Due to the unique nature of each NFTs, variations in resolution quality may occur. These variations are based on the original artwork and should be anticipated.
3. Aspect Ratio Consideration:
Please upload the original aspect ratio of your NFT to avoid distortion.
4. File Formats:
We accept common image formats such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG.
5. Color Calibration:
Keep in mind that colors will appear slightly different on prints compared to digital displays due to variations in screen calibration and printing technologies.
6. Preview and Proofing:
Before finalizing your order, we offer a preview option that allows you to see how your NFT will look on your CoolWallet. Please take advantage of this feature to make any necessary adjustments before confirming your order.
7. Refund and Returns:
Please note that all sales are final once the printing process has begun. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping, please contact our customer support within [X] days of receiving your order.
